my opinion on detox drinks
Detox drinks are a waste of money. Not a waste because they won't work (and I'll explain that in a second), but a waste because you can make your own "detox drink" at home with items you probably already have:
1. Aspirin
2. Creatine supplement
3. Vitamin B
4. Water (or Powerade, Gatorade, or Cranberry Juice)
5. Salt
6. Tums or Rolaids
Most of these detox drinks are mix of herbs like dandelion, milk thistle, ura ursi, ginseng, nettle, etc., and of course vitamins, water, and salt.
Here's two dilution methods that, if followed properly, will work much better than any detox drink, and they're cheaper to boot.
Now, I said "not a waste because they won't work" earlier about commercial detox drinks, and while it may work for some people, what they were most likely doing is just diluting their urine, which doesn't put any credibility on the specific product they used, but just backed up the assertion that dilution is the best way to go (unless, of course, you can substitute).

my opinion on detox drinks
I know 99% of the people here are against them, but I am all for them. You know why? Because they work. 100% of the time. It is well worth my $30 to know that when I need to, I can pass a piss test. I dont have to worry about making enough, or drinking too much.

my opinion on detox drinks
That's fine, but that wasn't my point. My point was that why waste $30+ on a drink when you can do the same thing at home with some tap water and aspirin. But hey, it's your money, do what you want with it...

my opinion on detox drinks
I decided not even waste my $, and took the test anyway. 698ng/ml failed big time. My buddy uses this quick fix and smokes just as much as I do, and has passed 3 times so far since he got out of jail, from his probation officer. But, I have to start NA at the end of the month. The lady said 698 is though the roof
