Detox drinks are a waste of money. Not a waste because they won't work (and I'll explain that in a second), but a waste because you can make your own "detox drink" at home with items you probably already have:

1. Aspirin
2. Creatine supplement
3. Vitamin B
4. Water (or Powerade, Gatorade, or Cranberry Juice)
5. Salt
6. Tums or Rolaids

Most of these detox drinks are mix of herbs like dandelion, milk thistle, ura ursi, ginseng, nettle, etc., and of course vitamins, water, and salt.

Here's two dilution methods that, if followed properly, will work much better than any detox drink, and they're cheaper to boot.

Now, I said "not a waste because they won't work" earlier about commercial detox drinks, and while it may work for some people, what they were most likely doing is just diluting their urine, which doesn't put any credibility on the specific product they used, but just backed up the assertion that dilution is the best way to go (unless, of course, you can substitute).
