birdgirl is way too mature
its war
if you aint happy
she shouldnt be happy eitherLove is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

Mista Sippi,
If you truly want to see your child then no. If you dont care and just want to get back at her, then yes.
I have a 4yrs daughter and I can tell you most states in the US give rights to the non-custodial parent. In fact, places like Texas now have restrictions to where the primary custodial parent MUST reside (within the county or adjoining county) or face a high probability of losing primary custody. I know that is in my court order from a few yrs back.
So, I advise getting a lawyer, knowing your rights, and exercising them to the fullest extent of the law and being a good father to your child. I would save the pictures for another day

I think you should gamble...send him the pic. She might get fired...yes she might. More likely though you will get busted for sending pornagraphic material throught the mail (federal charges). In some states that could become a sex charge and you would have to register as a sex offender (not all sex offenders rape or sodomize others). Then comes the worst senario...your daughter finds out sometime during her life about it and will know what a full blown jerk her dad is/was.
Your post if full of anger and hositility...try your best to work through your feelings, learn to deal with you have no or little control over what your ex does. It would be wise to also document each occurance that you are denied visitation or other matters involving your child. DO NOT embelish the facts. You may need this for court as evidence. If it seems at the slightest tainted then it as a whole will be dismissed due to credibility.
On a final note, If you do ANYTHING with pictures like that and it gets entered into a court document..YOU ARE SCREWED...few Judges will give you a fair shake from then on. So either burn it, look at it and pull your pud, or give it to her to show her friends. Could be free advertising.
