The doctor would only be necessary in an extreme case. I researched this thoroughly and only found one instance in which moldy weed REQUIRED hospitalization. The dumbass apparently buried the weed for a very long time, and then dug it up and smoked that shit.

Knowingly smoking moldy weed is pretty stupid, I had an ounce which started to mold pretty bad. I got pretty sick as far as coughing and sneezing go. I am allergic to molds among other things, which would explain why I got pretty sick. For a normal fellow, with just a bit of mold, you'll live. If you're allergic don't risk it. If it is so moldy you can't see green don't risk it. Otherwise, try to avoid it by storing your bud correctly and examining before you buy it.
