racerx is correct in all aspects but i belive with the right knowledge and know how hyrdo is easier then soil. I never touched soild and my first attempt was very successful, but i did extensive research on the web and i knew exactly what i needed to do before i even started. the most common mistake in newbs grwing hyro is not reading enough. or not reading at all.
