yes i too can attest to this.... but my ripoff wasnt 250$
i was told i could get a 2oz for 90.00, i was served in the dark on a alley/road and it felt damn fat (it was in a tight bag) when i got in my car (after they hauled ass) i had about 20g bud and the rest was oregano.....
i posted the whole story a couple months ago (you can find it in my posts)

but i was like fuck it.... you live and you learn (i was 15 at the time) and i have never gave money up front since

look at it, scale it and dont let them play a "oh ive gotta ride quick" and make a quick money/bag trans. and run
