highly doubtful, police have a pretty good idea of the street value of drugs and if they really wanna set someone up and catch them they're not going to offer some ridiculously sounding-good deal, they're gonna go with the usual prices so they don't spook any potiental busts off..

about the only people i've ever heard of shooting/killing someone for 250$ are crackheads... or tweakers... pretty much anyone else that wanted to money would just rob them, or beat the shit out of them and take the money... only people stupid enough to risk life in prison or the death penalty for 250, are again, crackheads and tweakers desperate for a fix.
