ok, so went for my second drug test a few days ago, and ive been really botherd by the fact that i smoked 2 days before the first one and passed, and that the second time i went he never tested me, ive got another test coming up on the 21st, so anyone had any expereience with the juvinelle system just not testing you, caus if there not gona test me, theres no way im gona stop smoking. my probation officer seems pretty cool, but threres no way i acctually passed my first piss test, no way. i dont know whats going on with this, im so confused.

They dont judge you by your first piss test, they take that first piss test and they take the thc count out of it. Then any other tests after that have to have a lower thc count or your cought.

yea, u mis understood me, i under stand how the testing works, but my buddy was jsut on probation and they tested him twice and just stopped, and i was wondering if this happend to anyoen else

They will spring a test on you when ever they wish too. Might go a long time before SURPRISE Need you to take a drug test before leaving today. Best to just chill till it's done with. Freedom is better then sitting in jail in my opinion.

hmm....for my juevenile probation officer i saw him once a week for about a month or 2(and every month he would piss test me)....then i moved up to seeing him once every 2 weeks....(and a piss test every 6 weeks) i stayed there for a whole year.....if i were you i would stay clean for a month of 2 and see what he does....honestly i had a kid piss for me in a medicine bottle and taped it to my gouche(yes i know gross but im a hardcore smoker).....he never came in the bathroom with me so i thought i would give it a try....it worked so i did that for about 8 months.......now im off and i am glad!

Sometimes they test you other times they don't. Wow, that sounds like the definition of "random drug testing." Someone said don't risk it, I agree.

Cranberry doesn't really do much for detoxification but it will clean your urinary tract. It is your PO's job to lock you up, don't give him a reason to do that... read Passing Drug Tests. It's about a guy who did a few years on parole, smoking weed just about everyday, and what he did to pass all of his random UA's. It was written with a doctor of chemistry, it is extremely informative and it's hilarious. Anyone who reads it will be able to pass a random UA!
