look everybody, im not totally against fucking with people

but there is a difference between yelling "BOO" and honking air horns

as opposed to yelling profanity and degrading stuff to people

one is "obvisoly" just fun, where the other is wrong and shows that the person has a deep inner issue if they have to ride around yelling hateful remarks to others

and yes the airhorn idea is funny as hell
