jsut put the bottom of the bottle in the opening of the filter.but put it in upside down so thatit will rest on the carbon and the cut part should match somewhat with the cut part of the rest of the bottle.
c of green Reviewed by c of green on . ? i have seen some how to carbon filter threads but the average cost after the fan is $150+.i am getting ready to build another 10$ carbon filter and was wondering if you would like a how to?it is good for a small cab grow or a drying room.i currently have one in my veg with 18 plants...cant smell a thing unless i put my nose to the plant(then it is quite potent) Rating: 5

update......this doesn't seem to work to well in a large room even with only a few plants in it,due to the fact that it can't move alot of air.it can't even kill the vegging smell in my room where i have 28 plants.but worked great in my cabinet and closet where i was flowering and drying 4 plants.Of course it is possible that i need to change the carbon...it is about 6 or 7 months old.when i do that i will let you know if things improve.
