no scale here and there is no mention of it in User CP>Edit Options either...

screenshot below... could be on my end IDK... I know there i prob setting to allow people or groups to use it,maybe it is a cafe member thing...

it is on there i didnt go to options it is just there in user cp in the middle of the screen....says reputation recieved then a number.it is in a green bar
