I'm pretty happy right now, but the happiest I've been is when things were grim, and my father told me he loved me. If you knew my father, you'd know that it would take every ounce of love for him to say that, just like me, it's hard for us to say. I thought he hated my guts for the rotten things I did, but through all that bullshit and him almost losing me, he still stuck by my side. The love human beings have for one another is mind blowing.
