    Leaves are down in New England...it's time to go scouting!

    there are lots of places i can grow... btw why does america steal all our town/city names and even our countrys name? just wondered...

    LOL the English settlers gave our towns those names when they got here, silly! I always thought it was from homesickness for the old country. The British Isles are really so beautiful!


    When scouting, I look out for
    a place I can park my car and unload it privately
    Waterway access
    Vegetation that is mixed scrub, with grasses AND broad-leaved plants, but doesn't grow too tall... only about chest high
    Sunny
    And decent soil that isn't prone to flooding
