My beautiful leaves are curling from the sides

My plant which is about a month old is nice and green and bushy but has started to roll the sides of her leaves upward. I have seen plants curl at the ends but why at the sides? To close to the cfl? The room is 82 and my others don't have this problem but this is the nicest so I'm concerned.
    Help me out.

    Thx

ive had that before, are your roots exposed to light? if so, cover them up, or transplant into a non see through bucket...

edit: you cant get to close to a cfl, unless they touch the bulb...

I didn't think you could get close enough. The pots are not see through... Thanks for the suggestions anymore?

ummmmmmm, is there any yellowing on the edges at all? or are they just curling? have you transplanted recently? or changed the soil or water? its probably be root damage, so if you can think of anything that may have hurt the roots say so now, good luck man...

    any photos would help too

Cupping is a good sign of heat stress..what's your temp?

If it were Mg def there would be earlier symptoms before leaf curl.
The first sumptom would be pale patches between the veins, more sharply defined than the intraveinal chlorosis caused by Nitrogen def, and eventually becoming pale brown and necrotic-looking.
Hey Harmony, I thought you ran a fertilizer company or something?

Thanks for the replys but we still haven't gotten to the root of the problem or maybe... the root... I did just transplant but was ever so tender in doing so..... I really cant see that being a problem as it was a very minor operation. This is the only one of a bunch and there is no discoloration or browning or curling tip just the cupping of the leaf. getting back to the basics could it be too dry? You would think in nature a plant cupping would be starving for water... It is not to hot as the temp ranges 82-86 tops. Where are you oh guru??? This plant is just picture perfect aside from that and I can just tell it will be the cream of the crop if we can figure this out.

    .
Low water would compound heat stress, but if as you say it is otherwise perfect, that isn't the problem, since you would also be seeing some droop.

I still think you should try getting your temps down to the 70s and give it a little time to recover. Another thing you can try is giving a silica supplement such as Silica Blast. That helps plants resist temperature extremes.

Thanks, I'll try the lower temp and the silica. It is a picture perfect plant other then that and all the others are pains in the ass in their own way.
Still tweaking a new room.... I spend less time worrying about my pets.
