The only thing about things that require voting that I forgot is that some people are asses and vote negative about you for no reason. Now I never liked the idea of having posts, but I don't want some one making me look bad because of that reputation shit. I did want a karma plug-in a while back but now I don't and I do not think this is any better.

Yeah i know what you mean there should be some way of reporting it so if a negative rep is given for a crap reason it gets taken away
