I don't think any... Maybe you are referring to vitamin B, which is supposed to make your urine more yellow. That comes in handy when diluting, that way your urine is not clear and obvious that you drank water so drugs wouldn't show up.

yeh its niacin, but i honestly dont know if it works, ive heard people swear by it and people say they did it and didnt work, so i cant help you with that 1 but yeh niacin is what yor lookin for

Niacin is vitamin b3. It makes your pee neon green, not yellow. It really freaked me out the first week i took my vB pills.

This doesn't clear out your system, water does. Drink lots of water and exercise a lot, that clears out your system. the Niacin is to make your pee less clear and more yellowish.
