i have photoshop v9 CS2 if that helps?

I never used Photoshop,Adobe Photoshop and PaintShop Pro are diff proggies and the tute would be useless... the reason I never played with Photoshop is because I love PaintShop and never had the need to stretch beyond... if I see a smoke tutorial for Adobe I will inform...

basically a new layer is made over a image with white paint brush sqiggly lines,,,then you use gaussian blur to make the paint lines look like smoke,,, then you merge the 2 layers... back up and draw diff lines and merge again... after you have like 4 you put them together in a animated gif...
