And if they do their job right, they should get tips. But if they don't give good service, they shouldn't. That's why it's a "Tip"

well yeah, i'm just talking about people who say they don't tip ever, or only tip a certain amount like 10% or something even if they did really good. in my mind i'm giving them 15% unless they do something to get it lower, not so much that i go in thinking they are getting nothing unless they wipe my ass for me
