federal vs state laws
Unless you get pulled over by the FBI or DEA, then you will be tried in Miane under their laws.
Blazed and Confused Reviewed by Blazed and Confused on . federal vs state laws Here in Maine it's a 400-600 fine, non-criminal charge, for having less than 1.25 oz on you. However... there is the federal law, minimum manditory sentence plus $1000 first offence. If I get pulled over, does state law determine my 'fate' or does federal law? Rating: 5
