DRINK lots of WATER
Get enough sleep so your skin has time to rejuvinate
Try a cleansing soap with little particles to exfoliate your face to slosh away the dead skin cells.
That works for me!
oh and just don't touch your face the oils of your hands are nasty. Becasue I was in a cave in South Dakota and the stalagtites and stalagmites (don't know if I spelt that right) well they were all brown and gross from people touching them!

I don't know about that one skillz ........... lol hahaha
