I dunno if smoking pot 'causes' acne, dude, but whatever - it's just one of those things that we all have to go through in life...bummer, but hey, there ya go.
Acne is caused by the release of chemicals from your pituatray(sp?) gland when going through puberty. It is better to adjust your diet during this time, ie, eat more fruit (Vitamin C) and veg (Vitamin C also lol)... Vitamin E is good for the skin, and can be found in stuff like apples and skin cream.
Try using a skin cleasing type of thing (like the stuff that girls use...it don't mean nothing, and ya don't have to advertise the fact that you're using it )

Mainly acne is down to diet and hygiene, but even the most diligent health food addicts can suffer from it. As long as you look after your diet and skin care, yuo should be able to minimise the effects.
It'll pass in time.

I have the best cure for acne..This may sound a little sick but it work's
OK here it is when you wake up in the morning get a face cloth take your morning piss on it and scrub your face with it..I know I know it sounds discusting..
reapeat this everyday for a week..You will notice after one day that it's going away
After one week you will be cleared up..This is no joke.. My grandmother who is an old German lady told me about this when I was in my teen's.. I had very bad acne as a teen and tryed everything on the market..At first I refused to do this but after much strugle I finaly tried it..In one week you would have never known I ever had bad acne..

Well of coures you wash your face with soap after the treatment..So you don't walk around smelling of urine..

I knew I would get some feedback from my post. It realy work's well..
My grandmother is 88 years old and hasn't taken any prescriptin meds forever I think.
She's like an old gypsy..set in the old way's she's got 100's of home remedies.

There are some cultures that actually promote drinking your own urine (serious) as it has many antioxidants in it.

I don't think it causes acne. Maybe the smoke can clog pores though? Try to eat more fruits & vegies and also cut down on dairy products. Those things seemed to help me out a lot.
