Nerd battle, geek showdown. What is it?

i got done smoking a couple bowls with one of my friends, and we were skating around the college campus, just enjoying the somewhat mild weather we had today.

we were walking passed an open area in the campus, and there were nerds, dozens of them. all clad in their favorite dungeon and dragons apparel (armor.)

i saw a level 21 warlock dimished the dungeon master, level 22 mind you, with a simple static shock attack.

i instantly spun out of control, as did my friend, with laughter as we witnessed these crazies run around and act out scenes from the dungeons and dragons adventures theyve encountered.

it was fun to watch, and the ones actually involved werent even phased at all that they had attracted quite a crowd of college students who were getting a kick out of it just as much as us.

ive only seen this kinda thing on the internet, but am glad i saw it firsthand and got to laugh my ass off.

btw, does anyone know what this is about? whats the purpose?

ahahaha, man. i would have gone up and started to joke around. i'd go up and say "LIGHTNING BOLT!" and thrust my hand at someone, and see what they say. then i'd say they could never beat me cuz i'm god @ dungeons and dragons (i'm not, cuz i think dungeons and dragons is quite stupid). that would be so funny... especially while stoned.
