Why Can't FLOURS Go On Timers?

I grew my whole last grow with flouros on electrical timers.

my flouros don't go on a timer because it has a pullchain to turn the bulbs on. could i bypass the switch and build it to always be on?

The timer has an outlet in it. Plug the whole fixture into the outlet. Set the timer. Problem solved.
