Little fuzzy on the pics... but it looks like nute burn to me.

What type of soil are you using ?

Does it have time released ferts or any pre added fertilizers ?

they are WAY TOO YOUNG for nutes. you should use something like promix mixed with alot of perlite for seedlings. the seed has enough eneRgy to sustain the plant for the 1st few weeks. if tyou have "hot " soil or feed them during this time YOU WILL BURN THE PLANTS.

LOL justaseed you beat me to it :P

With a general purpose composted soil it should have more than enough nutes to last the plant for a month or so.

Like justaseed said, its way too young to be fed right now.

I would recommend flushing the plant with ph'd distilled water ASAP.

General rule for flushing is to water it with 3x as much water as the pot can hold.

Make sure the pot has good drainage, and again... like justaseed said... add some perlite, and maybe even some vermiculite to improve drainage and aeration for the roots.

After a good clean flush dont add any more nutes for a while, just ph'd water.
That will let it recover from the nute burn. Then in another 2-3 weeks start back up on the feeding with a very low dosage of nutes.
