Imotep's right, though typing free avatar in a Google search is enough. I use www.avatarity.com . Ppl actually pay for avatars? That's craziness. Pure craziness.

Oh, a moving avatar you want? Well, in my day, we didn't have moving avatars! No! In fact, in my day, we'd settle for finger shadow puppets on a screen, that was how we got our our avatars!

Some people did all right, too -- they had rabbits and ducks and ... well, ducks. And rabbits. But some people didn't do so well.

Hell, I remember we had one guy with his fingers up his snotty nose, and that turned out to be his avatar! Well, let me tell you, wasn't that a fine howdy-do for someone new to the Olde Time Elixer and Snake Oil Consumption Forum, to see one of the Cracker Barrel Members with an avatar of him with his fingers up his nostrils diggin' fer boogers? I don't see any of you people pickin' yer noses fer your avatars, tho' Imotep's schnoz looks like it'll hold enough dried snots for a classroom of paste-eatin' kindergarteners.

You kids are so spoiled nowadays. How would you like the best day of your science lab the the one where you put paper clips into the electric sockets and blew out half the lights in the school? Hmmm ... come to think of it, I don't think that was an actual science lab lesson, we might 'a just done that one on our own ....

get yourself a program like Adobe Photoshop, and make your own avatar.. it has to be 100 pixels by 100 pixels, but thats the only restriction
