no like the bottom is almost always bubbled at the bottom. roors are only really straight. my phx is a beaker bottom so i mean bongs have different bottoms depending on the glass ya know? and most of them that i see are bubble like not straight. that doesnt mean i dont see straight but...you know....im really high. ill shut up.

Straights, beakers, and bubbles are just styles of bongs. Roor isn't the only company that makes straights.

Take a look at this for example:

with regards to the people saying "ask any roor owner...."; isnt that going to be biased? surely no roor owner is going to admit it if he just threw away hundreds of dollars on what turned out to exactly the same as any other pyrex bong out there

Actually - I will admit it. I have 3 different Roors in my collection, and 3 other GonG bongs and I will admit they all seal and hit perfectly. The difference in the Roors is they appear a little more quality oriented. Its more symmetrical. The base doesn't wobble. No ripples in the glass. The colored glass signatures. Fused joints are smoother. Are they worth the extra money? I guess that depends on individual tastes. You will pay a premium for the "Roor" logo, no question. My $65 ZOB hits just as good as my custom $250 Roor.

Evisu and Wrangler both make jeans - both are denim, and both are similar if not identical in construction and one is 10x the price of the other.. the difference is simply style, and the status.
