looks like standard alternating nodes to me. the plant looks very stringy though! why are all the leaves so underdeveloped?

after looking at the pics a little more i think you have either a ph problem causing a lockout or just defficiencies of some sort. the leaves should be full and bushy, not so twisted up and spindly. the alternating nodes are totally normal though that is just what happens when mj matures. give more info such as lighting, nutes, temps, etc. and maybe i can help you get those girls turned around. oh yeah, what is the ph? that's where my suspicions are

2 plants per pot = bad news. Next time around, despite how tempting it is, make sure you only keep one plant per pot. If one plant develops a problem, then you must treat both (which if the other plant doesnt have a problem, will probably cause problems). Youll need to water far too much, youll run out of space, and you will have a problem getting light into the canopy.
Consider growing your seeds in small 1 gallon pots first until they show their sex. Once they show their sex, then transplant into your big pots. You will get more bud off 1 plant in a 10 gallot pot then 2 plants in one 10 gallon pot.

Listen to justaseed, that plant is
a) sexually mature (alternating nodes)
b) stunted, possibly rootbound
c) nutrient def/lockout... that's the intraveinal chlorosis you can see in the 1st pic.
Flush/pH adjust

No. Barring genetic mutation, node placement on any immature plant of the genus Cannabis is supposed to be opposite.
