Make it big enough to not fall through, but small enough to pop it. This has been my belief: you heat it to a certain point, and as it's on fire you pull hard to pop it through. The heat from the weed hitting the water creates a bunch of smoke and you simply clear to get your hits worth for less. Poppers are a great way for those teens that want to blaze in their rooms. Open the window, grab a stool and your bong, hit some poppers, blow it out the window. There will be hardly any smell (unless your weed is some danky shit ).
