Taking a break for as long as needed...
Go into full detox, sleep in, wake up and go lift some weights, pushups, take a jog what have you, eat you're favorite food, go on a date. You'll be straight in a week I hate when I used to wake up needing to drink to get normal again uck nothing but bong smoking
