I took a 6 day break from smoking everyday for, let's just say a lengthy period. After those 6 days I really appreciated cannabis again and life a lot more. Exercise has also helped me quite a bit. You'd be suprised how much push ups and sit ups can help. Obviously my situation isn't as bad as yours, I don't even know what's wrong with you to be honest. Take all the time you need, no one will hold it against you. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
