Keep them warm and moist. No nutes for a couple of weeks. Keep the light as close as possible but don't let the temps get high :stoned:
Give them fresh air. 18 or 24hrs for vegging is ok.

Well I can tell you right away that using the rooting hormone in your water for seedling and veg is completely unnecessary. Assuming you started from seed, if the plant is healthy it will grow a good root system all by itself without any help from the hormones. So there is no need for that until you want to start cloning.
Also... just like Pass That Shit said... do NOT give them any fertilizer for at least the first 2 weeks.
Heres a link to espoma's website... they should have proper mixing info listed for their products there.

.
I don't know the brand names, but both are for mixing your own nutes, it would seem.
triple phosphate (0-46-0) fert is an intense flowering nute, but it couldn't be used on it's own and espoma QS ammonium sulfate (21-0-0) would be the same but for the vegetative phase.
You could mix them but you'd be missing Potassium, and the micronutes.

green light makes good products. i myself use root stimulator and super bloom.
for those seedlings, i'd recomend miracle gro all purpose plant food (no trace, the kind for vegetable gardens) 24-8-16. i know there's lots of hype about miracle gro. here is the truth. i have used it for years. and it miracaly grows! jus make sure you get the kind safe for vegetables, with no trace elements...
back on track now... for flower, i use green light super bloom, also a triple phosphate, but it has a good ballance of n and k too. 12-55-6.
i used to use mg 15-30-15 with excellent results, but i like the super bloom better, and so do my babies
love, kp

turns out my potting soil's ph is around 5.5
what would be the best thing to get in a VERY rural part of the US? i need to get it tomorrow so i can repot my seedlings in some good soil and let them be for a while. i'm adding root stimulator to the plants by bottom feeding them, that way the roots are motivated to move downward quicker
just a theory, but i plan on using root stim for the whole veg cycle to see how well it works. is what i got today as far as nutes go useless? what can i do with them? can i measure grams of the fert on a digital scale and mix it with warm water to foilage feed and soak the water well? i may try that mg

hi there, lookin ok so far....but as said...you dont want to be using any addetives at this point, the plants pretty much grow by themselves at this stage.
as said root stimulators are only used for growing roots on a cutting which has no roots to start with.
if re-potting, look for a mild compost for seedlings and cuttings.
my preferance is liquid ferts, as they can be easily mixed in with water with no fuss.
