Actually, im not so sure it IS Tommy Vercetti in III, but i could very well be wrong. I didnt play it that much

I prefer San Andreas over Vice City. The graphics are MUCH better, more features and nicer vehicles. After playing San Andreas, Vice City SUX! I even have San Andreas on my PC and bought a USB adapter for PS2 controllers.

Claude from GTA3 simply because he doesn't say anything. If not him, then vercetti. I just didn't like San Andreas. It was a bunch of fluff and no substance. Too much running around and random crapp to keep up with. It seemed like rockstar was trying to pretend that they were making the sims 3 or something.
