He's now been essentially hamstrung by the change in the legislatures' majorities, and he's going to be like a lame duck chief executive for two more years, but he'll be one who'll block any and all progress the two congressional bodies try to make. What'll be telling will be the election two years from now.

Impeachment woudln't be good for anyone, including both political parties, our citizens or our economy.
