High/strong headache...and sick the next day

Ok a few baggies agao, i bought some not fully dried bud from a friend (made a post about it) and in that post I told of my experience with the high, which was basically a really strong headache, and a fairly decent high, and the weed tasted weird...sure it got me high but it sucked. and the next day both me and my wife were feelin really shitty! What could of caused that? is it because I dried the weed in the oven LOL, or could it be my friend didn't flush his plant properly or not at all. He claims to be a green thumb with pot plants, but I still don't think he knows what he is doin. Not saying I know how to grow, but I figure if your going to grow do the research first! and when we smoked it, it fizzled and made crackling noises...

I get killer headaches if the weed was grown with miricle grow.
