FIRST GROW...NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
If they aren't showing sex already they soon will, and if you don't want a ton of seeds you will kill the male plants. Since the light cycle is in the winter season they wil begin to flower immediately and will not grow very big at all, if you leave them outside. I have also read in these forums that there is a greater chance for plants to become hermaphrodites if they are in their flowering cycle then put back into the vegetation cycle. In the vegetation cycle all they do is grow larger and don't flower. If this is just an experiment though I don't think you care too much. If you want no seeds and bigger plants though you need to get your plants inside as soon as possible under a 24 hour light cycle or 18/6 whichever you perfer and kill all the males. Good luck, and have fun learning and growing.
here is a pic of male and female plants sex parts.

Your plants look healthy and you should be proud of that but your making classic first timer mistakes, over crowding and small pots. By now you should have those babies in atleast 3 gallons
