Detection how fool proof is it.
I have heard about a case 3 years ago or so that a cop used some heat sensing gun and saw a grow in an attic, then they searched / busted them.
The case was thrown out due to invasion of privacy or something of the lines.
If I new they were doing that to me I would go hump near the window and give them one hot ass show :P
