this isnt exactly a rip off story, but when i think back and try to remember ever getting jacked...this comes up to mind.

so two of my friends and I are scooping around for pungent herbs one day and we run into some guy my friend knew and he's telling us he just barely got his medical weed liscence. i had never heard of medical weed prior to that day btw, so i was stocked upon learning all that, but even more stocked to cruise with the guy to an actual dispensatory to pick up some danks!

so off we go, with my 2 friends and the legalized dude driving. we get there, he asks us how much an eighth we are willing to pay, as the quality goes higher with the price. so i throw down $60 for the best 1/8 he could get for that price. my other buddy throws $55, and my other friend says she wants some edibles, so she throws in $20 for 2 candy bars.

so he goes in, and we wait in the car...impatiently waiting for his return. we were really excited about the whole thing, and bam there he is popping out of the corner. he's slowly walking towards us with a brown bag in his hand and a fat smile on his fat ass face. then these 2 guys walk up to him and asks him a question (he said he asked him what time it was) and as he looks down at his watch, the other guy snatches the bag from his hand and both dudes run off in between two buildings. that was RIGHT in the middle of the road, i kid you not! he was crossing the street, walking towards the parking lot to the car. he was kindda chubby so he didnt bother running after them. and he walks back to the car saying what the fuck, blah blah blah.

while all of that is really sketchy, he doesnt seem pissed at all then proceeds to ask us if we want anything else since we just lost everything. everyone's pissed as fuck and my buddy and I went chasing the dudes but never found them, so we decide to all throw in together for a $55 eighth. he comes back with it and the label is ripped off the bottle, another sketchy thing...

anyway, i dont know if that guy planned it out but i know for sure he bought a cheaper eighth and kept the extra money for him since he did it to a lot of people i later found out. we even paid him for gas, which is very greedy from him. well lesson learned, i got my own fucking medical liscence and never got ripped off again. :thumbsup:
