DONT eat plain weed. Nothing will happen. It needs to be heated up and the THC needs to be absorbed into fat for it to work.

yea and while were at it. NO MAKING WEED TEA DOES NOT FUCKING WORK!!!!!! so many people have tried to convince me that putting a nug in some hot water will dissolve the thc, which then is absorbed by your stomach getting you high. no. it doesnt work. tell your friends that too.

but yea you have to cook it in something with very high fat content. check recipe forums.

I've tried it, but it was only while taking psychadelics, so I really cannot confirm its effectiveness. I'd like to see more scientific evidence for or against this method, however--how does eating it prevent its storage into the fat?

A while back, a buddy of mine and I were smoking in the car and a cop pulled us over. We had a quarter in the car, and I had to eat it ... i used my slurpie that i had just bought to wash it down, lucky for me lol. he ate the blunt. I have never been so high in my life, top 5 highs ive ever had since i started smoking. I was reaaaaallly high for probably 4-5 hours, and it was a much different high. Very head heavy, and very disorientating.

Cooking and heating weed releases more of the THC, meaning you can eat it and get high easier. But if you eat a whole fucking quarter, you're gonna be pretty high, whether you heat or not. It's also very inefficient and wastes weed if you eat it without cooking/heating it. So, it's still recommended that you make cannabutter. Basically, sauté your weed in butter for about 30 minutes, then strain out all the solid weed with cheesecloth or something, then cook using the butter you just used. It'll get you FUCKED up. :thumbsup:
