Yep. But 5500K is an "oddball" spectrum in flouros: "stark white". If ya got 'em, use 'em. If you can find 'em, I prefer stark white over daylight. Caveat: some "stark white" flouros are 5200K.

Ummm.. 4 sq. ft is spreading 250W of CFT a bit thin. With one plant, depending on the plant, you're probably going to want to limit the CFTs to about a 2 sq. ft area, like maybe 18" x 18". Or only use the center of the screen. Or whatever. I'm using 249W of CFT flouro on my 2 sq. ft scrog w/5 - now 4 (killed a boy) - plants, and am expecting/hoping somewhere around a qp. But will be happy with a joint. The space they're in is 4.5 sq. ft (18" x 36"), but I set the lights to "concentrate" on about 2 sq. ft.

And ya GOTTA keep the plant short.
