Neither. But if you must use one of those 2, use 4200K. It's the lesser of 2 evils.

4200K is in the yellow/green area, and just about useless.

5000K is in the blue/green area, but is even less usefull than 4200K.

Check this chart for spectral reference.

Use 5200K-7000K (stark white, daylight, and "hotter") for veg, 2200K-2900K (warm white) for bud.
