They don't work. They are just a smoking alternative and a rip-off to newbie smokers. Some claim they relax you and mellow you out, but if I want to relax, I'm not going to be inhaling unknown herbs and spices mashed together on a stick. Fuck that!

They dont have active ingredients in them so really you shouldnt get stoned but some of them seem to do something to some people.

legal buds can kiss my ass but once a local heashop had a shitton of different legal buds and he had this shit that actually looked like real buds i think it was from just one plant and it smoked really smooth and tasted great which i can't say for any other legal smoke ive tried

Some people seem to feel something because of a placebo effect. The site makes you think that it is going to get you high, and some people are very hopeful about it, and believe it. So when they smoke it, they feel slightly affected. If you want to smoke something to get nothing more than a placebo effect (this only works if you think it will work), then go for it. And no, definitely not as good as the real thing .
