There is a real strain called Blueberry, but the Yum Yum was made famous by Ludacris for the song titled "Blueberry Yum Yum". Until some one crosses a few strains associated with blueberry and decides to call it Blueberry Yum Yum then I don't think the strain exists.

I just picked up a nice blueberry strain and it is a great stone. It is a little on the pricey side but it is fruitty and a knock you on your ass stone!
