A little perspective

Me and a couple old friends from high school have this yearly ritual during the rainy season out here in California. When we hear there's going to be a big storm coming through on a weekend we'll call each other up and arrange to get together. Then we'll throw on the goretex jackets, grab a bunch of dank, and head out to the Redwood forest. It's so awesome hiking around in the redwoods when it's pouring rain. The trees are huge, like 200' tall and wider than a car. Usually there's clouds or fog in the hills so you can't even see the tops of the trees, they just fade into the mist. Fucking awesome! We've done it at least once a year for the past 12 years.

Oh hell yes, it is. I've been to the redwoods. Those are my favorite trees. I would plant some here, but I'm afraid I would be dead long before they ever got that big.

I like rain storms, but I love snow storms. Smoking in the snow is so much fun
