Granny's advice- Cool it! The last thing you need to do right now is get caught blazing one up! That would go over like a ton of bricks! Your Mom is pissed as hell now, and doing anything that could get her madder would be just plain old dumb! And why the infarction were you shoplifting? Was it something you needed or just something you wanted? And here your Mom thought she raised you better than that! And now, the cops know your name as a little punk shoplifter- not the best move, kid! Time to be the humble and repentant "good kid" for a while. Get back into the school work and get your grades up- you'll be able to get away with way more toking and partying if you play it cool now. If you play it right, Mom will chalk this up as just a "weird phase" you went through and let it go. But if you get caught partying, and she will clamp down on you so hard and fast, your head will spin!

You should do like I used to do... try to be really good to your parents. The better your grades are, the way you act, and how good you behave, will completely show how much trust they have in you. Just think of it this way, if you rarely get in trouble, your parents will be less pissed with you when you DO get caught blazing

So just don't smoke this weekend, plan for next weekend or something. Let things cool down before being risky again.
