Got looking at them today and noticed yellowing on several of them. what could be wrong, need to fix it before we add Food to them?? Also we are using a 400 m/h light right now and was told we would be better off using the h.p.s. light all the way through the grow from this point??? WE DO NOT HAVE any other lights to use.. hopefully next time we can use the other type to veg. with..

    Stacy & Jamie

p.s. we have them under 24-7 light right now for veg. should we take it down or leave it at this. ?????????????????
    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US .....

1st...quit worrying about the light. That light is great for 1st timers. I have a 400w MH on my youngun's...As long as it is not too close. With a 400w...You don't have to be right on top of them...
Just think???what did people do a few years ago before cfl's? they used MH or fluoro tubes.
The whole deal about the light MH or hps -vs- fluoro for seedlings.
Fluoros allow the seedlings to grow more roots before growing up, because the light isn't intense. Anyway. forget about what everyone says, and grow a grow.

They are too young for nutes. Let them root good 1st and get 4-5 alternating nodes. All the young ones yellow a bit...Do you have the water level just below the bottom of netpot? You do not want the water level up into the pot...hope this helps...peace L

Go to amazon and buy Indoor marijuana cultivation "the indoor bible" by J. Cervantes. I got one for $10 bucks. It basically tells you everything you need to know, and is a great reference. I'm not saying that I mind helping, but you would benefit greatly, buying a grow book.

    LATEWOOD YOU THE MAN

Thanks for the advice , it is just we two crazy chicks want to do it right and not mess up and have some good smoke without the crazy cost. We r now going out to get that book tonight and read it, guess it will help in hydro grow too.... will post more pic's as we see fit to allow a grow log for another beginner to read down the line,, glad you told us to wait on Food as we was going to do it tonight as we have roots coming through the pots now, but not all of them and they have not hit the water line yet, so we will wait another several days and once they hit the water , will hit them with food...

    Thanks,

    Jamie
