I would write a complaint. Every site I have been to blocks the words they don't want in peoples sn's. Maybe they did that and missed some of them. Opps, there fault not yours.

If you have the conversation saved or anything, and the guy was rude I would email the company and tell them you want a full refund and will never be playing there again. If they have good customer service techniques they may give you a month free or something. It tends to work about half the time.

Just be polite, don't curse, and make the email formal, and you have a shot at getting something from them.
