For Home Tests..How accurate are they?

I have not been Stoned since Sept 30. Today is Nov 7.

I have a pre-employment piss test tommorrow.

I have been using the home tests (single THC) test strip for a few weeks to make sure I am cool. I have simply drank lots of fluids, sped up my metabolism etc.

The test I take show a very faint line on the test strip. The instructions indicate a 50 ML cut off which is standard. The instructions also say that if there is a line, no matter how faint, I am good to go.

Of course I am worried. What do you all think. Am I good to go or should I take any other action.

Tommorrow morning I just plan on drinking fluids heavily. Green Tea, Water and Coffee. I will take a multi vitamin as normal. I will not use the first pee of the day, maybe even the third or fourth.

Should I do anything else?

Has anyone ever had the line be faint and they then went on to fail? (BTW: my fiance took the test and her line is pretty vivid..but she is not a smoker which makes me worried)

I used a 6-panel home kit and one color band was barely visble (most likely THC).
