Outdoor Nug?

Hey folks, I just picked up a quarter O of some great bud for about $90 (kinda pricey from what Im used to paying for dank bud) a few days ago. Its definatly a sativa high, but the guy who sold it said his buddy grew it and it was indoor hydro. Its very brittle and smells like hay, kinda a darker green but no seeds. Its definatly some of the strongest weed Ive smoked in awhile. Does it look like and outdoor bud to you? Either way its some good herb! Im gonna go pack a bowl and put some of The Clash's greatest on my turntable!

It looks like it's some indoor bud. I can't really tell you that I'm positive it is but I have noticed some difference between indoor bud and outdoor. But it's hard to tell on those pics.

I hate buying poorly manicured buds, all that excess leaf matter sucks.

yheah for $90 a quad that doesn't look that great. Maybe $50/quad ... but yeah iunno get better connects, but if that's all you can get at the moment then smoke it.

Looks exactly like some outdoor bud I've had for awhile... definitely a sativa... but I paid $60 for a quarter :thumbsup:

you got fucked for that price. Probably slacked too. oh well, try to find a better connect because people that take the time to grow indoor, and hydro, grow out much better buds than that(USUALLY).

just because its leafy doesnt mean it sucks

outdoor bud is usually a little leafier for a lot of reasons, one of them being the dude or dudes who grew it probably had a giant amount of buds to trim in a couple of days, and outdoor sativas are a true bitch to trim... my pops and I spent countless hours trimming up about 10 plants this year, sativa dominant outdoor, and let me tell you.... after a while it gets rough, you just want it to be over lol.
it still can get you ripped, regardless of how much leaf material is left on there, if its good bud that was taken care of and harvested at the right time...

I figured it was outdoor sativa. Its a great stone, Ive smoked alot of good dank home bud and straight strains (blue berry, white widow, white rhino, hash plant) back when I had some friends who I could get good shit from when they grew but this ranked up with the best of them. I feel that the price was kinda steep, but I get what I can. The only gripe I have was the taste and feel are a bit harsh when smoking it. Around my neck of the woods Im usualy paying up to $100 for a quarter, but usualy around $75 and mids/regs go about $35-$40 for a quarter. I know that it wasnt mids, no seeds and it actualy gets my high-tolerance ass high. Im realy looking forward now to my sativa plant finishing. If this is just "ok" weed I cant wait till I get to try some "real" potent sativa.
