gollywog, check this out. i used to smoke cigs all the time, my mugname in college was Smokey (for a couple of reasons). i never really wanted or tried to quit, until my cousin gave me a book. he read it and just stopped, said it was a trip.. so eventually i read it too, and i still dont know how, but it just made me stop wanting to smoke cigs. no withdrawls or anything like that, you just don't want a cigarette. it's still weird to me, but it works! only costs like 10 bucks anyway.

do not use any substitutes like pills! they do not work.
