weed poison the brain?

so weed is the cure for cancer? sounds pretty far fetched to me. i know it's not a brain poison but let's be realistic here.

Hes not saying that, its complex biology that none of us (me included) understand. I asked my mum, a biochemist, and she basically said that it means that it cannot kill you.
